Uplifting
Everyday is an adventure because I make it so.
Have I told you about how I like to take the elevator on my own? I can’t remember if I have. But anything worth telling is worth telling twice!
When I get home from school, I look forward to running down a ramp that leads from the carpark to our apartment block. I run ahead of my folks to the lift landing and go up to the our apartment where I wait for them. In the meantime, the slowpokes check the mail and talk before they find me waiting and dangling on our front gate. Sometimes I hide behind a wall and surprise my parents.
It’s a weekday ritual and I never tire of it!
