Gimme a break!
I am now in K1 but I am already looking forward to being in Primary school.
Why? I think that Primary School will be more challenging. The school my folks are thinking of sending me to has a LEGO display so that helps as well! More importantly, older kids get school vacations while I don’t!
They enjoyed the month of June off but I was still slogging away at kindergarten. Well, not slogging literally, though it felt that way much of the time. Some of my friends went away on holiday and things really slowed down in school. I needed a challenge.
I found those challenges at home in the form of games and the things that mama and papa help me do. Like workbooks that are fun to do or managing my own virtual marine park or learning to add with Handy Manny or sharing my creations online.
Since I don’t have school vacations, my folks plan “special days” where I skip school and go out with them instead. We are having a special day this week and I will be going out with papa because he will be on leave… yay! Mama can’t join us because she is back at work at SOTA… boo!
Never mind, mama! You can join us after work. There is enough food and fun to last the whole day. Yippee!
