Boot camp
I was excited to return to school today. After all, I had not seen my friends for a long time. And I am sure they missed me!
Actually, I was more excited that we would start with a trip to a place outside school for a camp. I would then return to school later in the day.
As it was a special day, I wanted to wear my shoes instead of my sandals. Imagine how upset I was when I realised that I could not wear my favourite pair! Sigh, I guess that is what you get for growing up quickly.
Mama promised me that we would get a new pair today after school. I doubt that my new shoes will be as good as my old pair…
