Obolo
I have had such a hectic week that I almost forgot to mention something else I experienced over the weekend: Obolo cakes!
Grandma discovered a place in Joo Chiat called Obolo (http://www.obolo.com.sg/) and she bought a few cakes for us to try. Most of them had chocolate and, boy, were they yummy!
I tried every one that grandma bought except the one that had rum in it. Papa said that the cakes were wasted on me since I liked even the lousiest chocolate, e.g., Hershey’s and “gold coin” chocolate.
Hey, chocolate is chocolate! And it all comes out “chocolate” anyway!
