A little bigger
As I am an early riser, I have to do several things by myself while my parents wallow in dreamland.
I do my morning “output” in the toilet first. Then I am ready for some input. I have learned to make my own cereal and milk and I know how to get my own juice too. I am very careful because I don’t want to clean up any messes!
Then I brush my teeth, wash my face, and put on my clothes. I still don’t like buttons, but I am resigned to doing them up on my school uniform every weekday. That is the price to pay for being a “big boy”.
I just know that one day my parents will expect me to serve them breakfast in bed. I am fine with that. I hope that they don’t make me dress them up or wipe their bottoms!
