Today was Children’s Day, so it should have been my day. But learned that some children are more equal than others…
I still had to go to nursery school today, but I was allowed to wear my own clothes instead of the school uniform. Then I found out that some older kids did not have to go to school at all!
Hey, that’s just not fair! Why do they get a long weekend and I don’t? I would gladly have traded my clothes for a stay at home with mama. And a chance to play with my new “Cars” movie cars.
Yes, papa got the hints I dropped all of last week and hunted down the “Ah Beng” cars yesterday: Boost, Wingo and Snotrod in a three-in-one-pack. My favourite is Wingo! Now all I need to find is DJ and I will have all four rascals!
