Stand up
I normally sit down when I pee. Only when I go out and use public loos do I stand up to do my deed. Even then, papa has to lift me up so I can hit the inside of the urinal!
There are exceptions of course. I like loos with urinals that take kiddies into account. The mall nearby and the Botanic Gardens are good examples.
Then there is school where I pee on my own and standing up thanks to bathroom fixtures that are all the right height for me!
So when I got home, I decided that I did not need to push a stool to the toilet bowl, put my special seat in, and then climb aboard. It helped that the loo in my parents’ bathroom was low enough for me. It is so much easier to stand up for Singapore and do a “modified Merlion”… wee!
What’s left to learn? Well, if anyone has figured out a way to poo standing up, do get in touch. But wash your hands first!
