School!
What was my first day in school like? Great! But I won’t tell you the whole story because I am totally knackered!
I was glad that the school principal encouraged parents to stay the whole time for the first few days. I did not rely on mama too much, but I was glad to see her there.
So what did I do? Breakfast, tea, lunch, nap, tea again. In between, there was lots of hand-washing, book-reading and other activities. But I must highlight two things…
First, I don’t know why my folks still insist that I say “please”, “thank you”, “excuse me”, and stuff like that. The other kids don’t seem to say these words nor do they respond to them.
Second, someone needs to tell some of my peers that nap time is for resting. It is not for peeing or pooing. One of my new friends wet his bed and cried up a storm. Another one of them poo-ed in his sleep. The pong woke me up faster than a gong!
I don’t know what it is about school. I am fed a lot and I am told to drink lots of water. But I was still hungry when it was time to go home. I had a bun and a doughnut… and then had dinner.
Burp! Yawn! Zzz-zzz-zzz!
