Better late than never. I found out what this meant when I accompanied mama to a reunion of sorts.
Mama and some of her ex-colleagues decided to meet at Aunty Monica’s place to “catch up”. But when we got there, all they did was sit around and talk. There was no running around and trying to catch one another. Piffle!
But my disappointment disappeared when Aunty Monica gave me a belated birthday present. I was so excited! When I ripped it open, I found James the train hiding inside!
Mama, do you have any more friends you want to catch up with?
