According to the Chinese zodiac, this year promises to be an uneventful one. After all, it is the Year of the Bore!
What? Not that kind of bore? Oh, Year of the Boar! Is that like a very uninterested pig?
If it is the piggy’s year, then how come we eat bak kua? Can we still eat bacon and ham and pork cutlets?
We can? Whoa… I hope someone doesn’t come up with the Year of the Isaac (appealing as that sounds)!
If they do, I’ll just say this, “Bite me!”
