Duos
Laurel and Hardy. Jack and Jill. Twiddle-Dee and Twiddle-Dum. Dumb and Dumber.
I don’t know who the first three duos are, but I may have met the last pair. That is what papa called the electricians who installed our light fixtures, fans, and other electrical stuff.
Papa says that if he did not tell them how to change the frequencies of the remotes for our fans-plus-light combos, one remote would have controlled all of them.
Unfortunately, they installed a set of remote controlled lights and I was not around to supervise. As a result, there is a remote that controls both the dining room and one living room light.
But I don’t really care. My room looks great! Besides, I look forward to handling all those remotes!
