Fasting?
Today, I learned that my Muslim friends have been fasting from before sunrise to sunset for a whole month! Not only that, they do this every year!
Don’t they get really hungry during the day? I have to eat practically all the time and can’t imagine not stuffing my mouth or filling my tummy for half a day. I get hungry just typing this blog entry through papa!
Anyway, today they mark the end of the fasting month and everyone in Singapore enjoys a holiday. Hey, if I was fasting that long, I’d celebrate too!
Make my drink and cake big ones, please! And keep them coming until I say stop!
