Cross(over)
My folks seem to get cross with me more easily recently. I don’t understand why!
If anything, I am cuter than before! So why do they tell me not to do this or not to do that? Then, as punishment, they seem to take away more and more stuff from me and put them into boxes or suitcases! Wo-wo-wo!
I hardly have enough cars and trucks to play with. I only have two measly books to read from. All of us have to share one computer and, eek… there is no more TV! Maybe that is why my folks have been scolding me! For entertainment!
My parents tell me that we will visit New York soon. Apparently they will try to get some or all of the paperwork done so that I become a Singapore citizen. Papa says it is ironic since people a long time ago used to land here in order to become U.S. citizens.
Hey! Don’t I get a say in this? Why should I give up my citizenship from the “greatest country in the world” while I am in the “greatest city in the world”?
