Blue moon
I had an interesting time yesterday and early today. Apparently this had something to do with a blue moon.
Yesterday, we spent Thanksgiving with the Tehs. Two of the Teh kids were back in Bloomington, so there were more people I could impress! We had lots of yummy food, but I especially enjoyed the turkey stuffing, sweet potatoes, green peas, and the rainbow-colored Jello!
While I was there I also played with toy cars and a train set. Whee! Papa told me that I visited the Tehs a year ago, but I don’t remember.
Today, mama and papa woke up before I did to take advantage of the post-Thanksgiving Day sales. Brr, it was so dark and so cold! I could see my own breath!
Anyway, mama went to one store while papa and I went to another one. Wah, it was so crowded… and everybody seemed to congregate at the toy aisles.
Then we headed for an early breakfast at McDonald’s… yummy! Again, papa told me that we did this early morning ritual last year, and again I don’t remember.
I’ll just take the old man’s word that we did all this last year. But I still don’t know what this has to do with a blue moon…
