Rain, rain
There was so much rain yesterday! It started raining when I woke up and it was still raining when I went to bed. And it didn’t let up in between.
Even though it brought much needed relief, I am not sure I like the rain very much. I not only had to stay indoors, it also made my view of the vehicles outside the window less clear!
Papa tells me that the weather reports say that this exceptional amount of rain is a side effect of Hurricane Katrina. He even showed me pictures of what the hurricane did to the places further down south.
I was not particularly impressed. I don’t think that people have seen the mess I can leave behind! They haven’t met Hurricane Isaac!
But I can also pick up after me. Mama and papa expect me to put my stuff back before meals or before we go out… and sadly I humor them. What force of nature does that?
