Stars!
I am starry-eyed! I see them overhead before I sleep at night. And they are the first thing I see when I wake up. I am talking about the glow-in-the-dark sticky stars that mama and papa put on the bedroom ceiling.
They told me that they put the stars up there before I was born. Whatever! It is such a treat anyway! I like to lie down on the bed and look at them and point at them. It is also such a nice way to go to sleep or wake up!
Papa told me that there is another way that he can make me see stars. He said that it does not involve going outdoors on a clear night. I wonder what he means… and why is he bidding for an Acme sledgehammer on eBay?
