Regressing?
Papa says that I seem to be regressing. I don’t know what that silly man is talking about.
He says that I seem to be “unlearning” things. For example, I started walking when I hit the 13-month mark. But now I don’t like to walk because crawling gets me from place to place much faster!
I also started pooping in the toilet bowl (aka my throne) when I was about 7 months old. Now I make it a point to poop as much as possible in my diapers instead of signaling my folks. (BTW, I try to poop after my bath and before I go to bed. This really makes my folks mad!)
Hey, it’s a growing baby’s prerogative to change his mind! There is so much to learn that I have to push things out or prioritize! Isn’t that progress in itself?
In any case, as a U.S. citizen, I have learned that looks matter and that it is “not what you say, but how you say it”. I am both cute and loud. That will get me far enough… [cheeky grin]… DO YOU HEAR ME?!
