Signing
Oh, the pressure! Oh, the horror! Oh, it was a false alarm…
Why the pressure? Mama is trying to teach me sign language. Baby Abigail (of our playgroup) can do “fish” and “more”. Mama also knows another kid who can do “cat”. Show offs!
Why the horror? I thought mama was doing this because I was going deaf. So I let a few good screams out just to make sure. I could hear my voice and some dogs howling in the distance, so I know my hearing is OK. I shriek a few times a day just to make sure… heh-heh!
Why learn sign language? Well, I can’t speak yet. (Actually I can, but adults don’t understand baby speak!) So mama is hoping that I will pick up some sign language to tell her what I want or don’t want.
Why doesn’t she stick with my Papa Plug-in version 1.0? Give papa a computer and I will speak through him! After all, a superior being will always control an inferior one…
