Injections!
Today we visited Dr Malone for my four-month check up.
I now weigh 15lb 2oz (6.8kg) and am 25.5in (64.8cm) long. Great, more fuel for fat jokes at my expense! Papa is ten times heavier than me but you don’t hear me making fun of him!
I also received another round of injections. Ouchie! The injections weren’t so bad. It was having my legs pinned down that pissed me off. As if the bright orange and yellow Band Aids would cheer me up… piffle! I let loose a couple of Tarzan yells but papa only came to my aid when it was all over.
It was a good thing he didn’t make fat jokes to lighten the mood. I would have kicked him in the nuts if he did!
