Yay… WIC!
Today I visited WIC which is an organization for Women, Infants, and Children. That means mama, me when I get bigger, and me again when I am bigger-er!
There was no mention of papas in WIC but I snuck papa in anyway. I don’t think papa liked wearing the polka-dotted miniskirt as a disguise though… just joking! Heh-heh!
Mama and papa were very egg-cited to hear what WIC had to offer. Couples like mama and papa (i.e. poor folks) qualify to get checks so that they can get some food for FREE! Wow! Unlike me, mama and papa are not US citizens but all of us get the benefits. WIC must love kids and mamas a whole bunch to support us like that!
Now we can get milk, cheese, eggs, veggies, fruits, and other yummy things for FREE! All it took was a phone call and one hour to fill in forms, check documents, and go for an interview. I let mama and papa do most of the work and only thumped mama occasionally to remind her who’s boss!
I like getting FREE stuff. Better still, YUMMY, free stuff that will help me grow big and strong… oh, and help keep mama healthy too!
Did I mention the stuff is FREE? Papa says that the Singaporean force is strong in me. Oh well, free-free-free! It’s good to be free!
